When the wreath has been properly fluffed, the measurements are calculated from the end of the left branch tip when pulled out to the end of the right branch tip when pulled out. All listed measurements are approximate.

Shipping Information
Vickerman Company products are shipped from Norwood Young America, Minnesota, and typically ship within one to three weeks.
Most ordered items will ship via ground shipping by companies such as UPS or FedEx. If the item is excessively large (such as an 8’ x 10’ rug) or if there are many of the same item (such as six lamps), the items will ship via truck freight. Returns Information
Many of the products we offer are customizable, with cushions that are made-to-order. As a result, some of the manufacturers we sell do not accept returns of these items (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). (800) 985-9495
For those manufacturers that accept NON DAMAGED returns, the following information applies. All returns must be in original packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund less return shipping charges and a maximum 25% factory re-stocking fee if applicable. After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase less return shipping fees and factory re-stocking fees if applicable. We never keep your credit card information on file so you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service Experts to process your refund.
Return shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items). Shipping charges and factory re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Due to shipping costs, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for orders delivered beyond the continental USA.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items - 14 Day's From Delivery Policy
When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to ensure that you received the correct products and that they were not damaged during transit. If you notice damages, be sure to note the damages with the delivery driver before you sign for it and contact our customer service department immediately. Although we experience very little concealed damages, we recommend (for large truck LTL deliveries) that you sign the delivery receipt notating "Pending Inspection". If you experience concealed damage, notating this for future reference will assist us with your claim process.
We know that sometimes it's not possible to notice all discrepancies before unpacking everything, long after the carrier has left. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service Experts within 14 days of delivery and they will be happy to address the situation.
In all cases of damaged and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the item and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
Repackaging and Shipping your Returns
After contacting us to process a return and get you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you will need to prepare your item for shipment. Please repack the item to be returned securely in the original packaging. Please write your RMA number in large characters on the outside of the box. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
Our Customer Service Experts will arrange to have the item picked up from your home. No need to take the item and have it shipped yourself; we'll take care of the legwork. Remember that return shipping charges and factory restocking fees (if applicable) are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).
Warranty
Vickerman Company allows a Limited Warranty for the following products:
Unlit Artificial Trees: Vickerman warrants its trees against manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years.
Artificial Trees with Incandescent Mini Lights (Excluding Wood Trunk Trees): Vickerman Company warrants these items against manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, or 3,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. This is a Limited Seasonal Warranty, covering 90 days of use per year. Replace bulbs as they burn out. Burned-out bulbs shorten the life of the remaining bulbs. Store promptly after the season in a cool, dry place that does not exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Should the light strings fail within this period, Vickerman will, at their discretion, either repair or replace the defective part free of charge.
Dura-Lit Artificial Trees: Vickerman warrants its trees against manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, or 3,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. This is a Limited Seasonal Warranty, covering 90 days of use per year. Replace bulbs as they burn out. Burned-out bulbs shorten the life of the remaining bulbs. Rotating Christmas Tree Stand: Vickerman Company warrants these items against manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
Wood Trunk Pre-Lit Trees: Vickerman warrants its trees against manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, or 1,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. This is a Limited Seasonal Warranty, covering 90 days of use per year. Replace bulbs as they burn out. Burned-out bulbs shorten the life of the remaining bulbs. Store promptly after the season in a cool, dry place that does not exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Should the light strings fail within this period, Vickerman will, at their discretion, either repair or replace the defective part free of charge.
Pre-Lit Artificial Wreaths, Garlands, & Swags: Vickerman warrants its products against manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Replace bulbs as they burn out. Burned-out bulbs shorten the life of the remaining bulbs. Store promptly after the season in a cool, dry place that does not exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Should the light strings fail within this period, Vickerman will, at their discretion, either repair or replace the defective part free of charge.
Warranty only covers products purchased new and sealed in their original carton. Manufacturer defective parts will be repaired or replaced; proof of purchase absolutely required. Tree is not intended for outdoor use (unless specifically stated as such on the product). Keep away from heat and moisture. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or normal wear. It also does not cover burned-out bulbs, broken bulbs, missing bulbs, or unlit strings due to not replacing burned out bulbs. Altering the light sets in any way, or removing them from the product will void this warranty. In these cases, parts can be purchased at a reasonable fee plus shipping charges. At the discretion of Vickerman Company, customer may either receive a replacement part or be instructed as to which part(s) to ship prepaid to Vickerman Company for its inspection and determination and/or possible repair. All items/parts sent to Vickerman must be packed in an appropriate-sized and sturdy carton. Proper packing of item is essential. Vickerman is not responsible for damage to items en route to Vickerman. Replacement or repair as provided by this Limited Warranty is Vickerman's exclusive remedy to the consumer and does not place Vickerman Company liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All arbitration is handled in the State of Minnesota. Warranties only cover use of item in the United States and Canada.
